Thanks for posting! It looks like Marat is ending the entries on some kind of philosophical note...and trying to give us a heart attack in these photos. Who exactly is Sergy Stakhovsky, the other guy pictured with Marat? Isn't he the guy that beat Mitya?? |

It looks like Marat is ending the entries on some kind of philosophical note... Phrase "beauty will save the world" is from "The Idiot" Dostoevsky's novel... The funny thing is that Janko Tipsarevic, Marat's next opponent, has that exact phrase tatooed on his arm... |

I like finding out these facts about the players that aren't commonplace and trivial. I also forgot to mention that I liked the part where he said he bought tickets for Dinara and Anastasia. I wasn't sure if he was just buying it for them (like maybe they couldn't stand in line to buy them or whatnot) or if they were his treat, but I still found it cute. Oops, I just realized...the above part i mentioned isn't from the blog, but from that translated press conference interview. Sorry! |

Ok after i passed the 2 cups of coffee, i felt much better and decided to re-read Marat's blog again. Man, he's getting funnier and funnier (if he's going better and better at this rate, Nicola will definitely not hear any complain or anything from me ). Loved the pics (he really knows what we want ;D). Btw Marat, i am a woman, and i'm punctual  tsk tsk ( you have to pose stark naked for me for that kinda insult) And he'd better be easy on the espresso. I got a really bad stomach ulcer case from coffees before and i literally had to stop every few metres while walking |
