If i were to have watched his matches - i would hope that he did'nt bother as its only an exhibition as otherwise i would have expected him to atleast win a set against these ......... these professional tennis players all be it exhibo or competitive. I mean he has enough talent not to give a crap and still win!
Anyway he still has a month til AO and hopefully he will get some good practise in Valencia till new years! Please lets not start the year as it ended!

"It was a very solid match. In the beginning, he made it easy for me, because he produced a lot of errors. I think it was because he still had that snowboard in his legs; in the past three days, he was on the slope a lot. In the second set he played much better and it was an open match. In the end, I was luckier in the tiebreak " Koubek said after the match. And before everybody is jumping on the snowboard issue: Philip Kohlschreiber said he's carrying the fun he has on the slopes every day (!!) with him to the court - the guys are there to have a good time after all! It definitely sounds as if Marat won't exactly kill himself over losing, and that's a good thing.

He should have fun coz the season is really over, and i'm glad that he is doing that.... people, remember what they say "All work and no play makes MARAT a dull boy" ...and we certainly don't want that now, do we? P.S. Has anybody seen or have a picture of Marat on the slopes? Would like to see them.... |

Yeah, a picture on the slope would be great! I guess he won't be wearing an Adidas-outfit on the slopes  ! Wondering what he wears then! You can't snowboard in your jeans... (can you?!). kisses |

I do have to say that Adidas has some very nice outfits for skiing and boarding, but in our store, we have some gorgeous Burton outfits in which (at least, i.m.o.) Marat would be   ;D!!!!!!!! And.... You can board in your jeans, but it's not that recommendable |
