Thanks for the pictures! No comments in here about the coach thing? I'm a little bit surprised... As far as i'm concerned i'm a little bit worried to see that Marat is going to work on his own even for the US Open... For sure Peter and him must be phoning each other and Marat is a big guy but last week he was searching the eyes of Tursunov or of the other Russian player in the stands so it still means that he needs to have someone to ask advice even if Amit is with him... It's not really a good news to lose your coach before a Slam, even if i try my best to be positive with Marat those days ! And i also hope that Peter is going to solve his personal problems, i like him really much...

Annie already posted the official statement in the "Latest News"-thread: 09.08.06 The official statement from the Marat Safin Team on the Coach is as follows:- Darren Cahill is not the new coach of Marat Safin as Peter Lundgren is still his coach. Peter is not with Marat in Toronto or for the US Season owing to personal and private reasons but he should be returning and joining up with Marat as soon as the European season starts.

I know that it has been posted, as i've said i read it, but does it mean that as soon as we have an official statement we can't ask ourselves further questions ? I wasn't aware of that...
