Hey people i don't know if you heard the post match audio from marat...but it's kind of scary in that he says the knee still bothers him, will in fact always bother him for the rest of his life and that playing without some pain will be impossible ...i don't know about y'all but that doesn't make me happy...i want him to be healthy...completely healthy... I think it will only be if the pain gets impossible to manage with a combination of rest, massage, excercise, physio and different levels of painkillers that it gets really scary. Playing with a chronic injury means you need to develope a different attitude to what you do and plan ahead a bit more. Marat will probably have access to good medical etc opinions and treatments. He may have got past the 'completely healthy' stage by now, but he's still playing and it sounds as if he still wants to play which is the most important thing of all.
