Ok guys, have just checked the Betfair site - it says an 11pm start. That's what I thought for Cincy - 4 hours behind the UK. Frensje, double-check the times again - I think you might be an hour out! Don't miss the first hour missus!!! I think I will be hanging around a livestream and lounging on the couch with some strong coffee at 10.55pm just in case. I'm a livestream virgin, so I'm getting nervous. I don't want a big build up ... and then the connection goes down ... hmm, deja vous ... ;D Right Big Yin, Wimbles heid back on, cyber fairy is online. No racquet smashing and keep focused. I will add to the mix by wafting more fairy dust at the laptop. The repair bill is on you if it explodes. Aunty Denise will also be watching and will be expecting a disciplined performance as well. Keep the first serve percentage steady and you know the routine ... don't do anything daft. In fairness, you seem to have abolished that most days now. Not before time. A couple of serve and volley approaches won't go amiss for your fairy ... and don't mump about 'the surface doesn't allow it'. Every surface does, some more than others. You're back on hard grass, ignore the fact that it's blue. A freak of nature that's all. Spent most of today trying to straighten my back. About 8 hours in the garden on Saturday followed by a bout yesterday has rendered me incapable of moving withour making dumb noises ... it's an age thing as well. Lying prostrate on the couch may speed the recovery. As would a straight sets win. ;D Signed Fairy Godmother aka cybercoach

Frensje, my dear, I believe that you may be right on the 5 hours. I could have had a kip on the couch. Think I'll go clean the kitchen worktops ... damn, just remembered that I put the breadmaker on a couple of hours ago ...

Hey Mary.... I don't have to double check, according to the Cinci wensite, local time is now 6.11 pm and i am so so so enjoying this day so far already ! Tommy Boredo played well against Fishie ;D, the fish was on the dry, didn't stand A CHANCE!!!! and then there was the really nice match between Berdych and Gonzo... and ofcourse Teddy vs. Haas ... Brilliant equal first set, ending in a tiebreak where tommy just vanished Teddy , but Teddy stepped up big time in the 2nd, blew away Tommy in less then 1/2 hour ... Teddies potty break did him very good, Tommy was annoying himself, getting into fights with Lars and after the 2nd set, Tommy thought ... What he can, i do too, so a potty break for Tommy as well... Think he stuck his head in it, cuz he's total fresh into the 3rd set now ......so we're into a very equally 3rd set now, which is good for me, a lot of entertaining before THE match is going to happen... will install myself with a big cup of espresso ;D go get through the night Are we all still here?? Nervous already?? I'm excited ;D

Big Yin, why? You complete muppet. Your serve was consistent all the way through, you were playing so well (both of you) and then you blow a gasket about foot faults? Move your bloody foot back another inch or so. Go sit on the naughty step for the rest of the evening. And don't unravel all the good work of the last year. And make damn sure your foot's well behind the line in LA. I need a sleep. And you need a slap on the arse, and I'd be more than happy to give it right now. PS Don't ever walk off a match if I'm watching. That ball looked long. I lost my livestream virginity ... and my temper.

disappointing, depressing, appalling *shakes head* Move your bloody foot back another inch or so. That's what I always say whenever any of them make a fuss about foot faults - doesn't seem that hard to correct that problem.

disappointing, depressing, appalling *shakes head* Move your bloody foot back another inch or so. That's what I always say whenever any of them make a fuss about foot faults - doesn't seem that hard to correct that problem. I really don't think the foot faults cost him the match - actually, I think he was not happy with his game anyway (and he would have lost the match most probably even without that hysteria at the end) so he found a scape goat. I don't see this match out of line at all actually. We got all so happy about his Wimbledon run, but in the end that's one tournament as he so often says it - and he indeed backs up his statements with just going back to his poor form of the past 3 years. His groundstrokes do not seem to get significantly better; his concentration seems poor, his motivation the same, the return - well Tursunov served very well, but still, gone are the days when Marat could cope with Sampras or Fed (in top form) serves. All that he did resonably well today was serving...About his antics, well those were always the same at least But I guess all of you who witnessed this year's Wimbledon final for example can agree with me that he's way way far from that level of play... Apologies for the negative outlook - one needs to express it once in a while.

hat off to Dima for his strong focus throughout the whole match and I'm cheering up for u next round blondie!!!!!!!! Don't give him that much credit either, sweety...he's been thrown out of a singles competition recently because he just walked off the court during his doubles match...he can be at least equally hysterical - and he was a bit rude to the umpire at the beginning of the match today - he kept quiet later on because things were going his way anyway...anyway, not a bad match from him, even more so since he seemed to have some stomach problems.
