Yeah!! I`m exited about Dinara`s tennis this week. ;D ;DUnfortunately, I can`t watch her matches (dammed ESPN>)
from the official site of the tournament:
Three of Top Four Seeds into Women's Semis
Three of the top four seeds in the women's draw advanced to the semifinals of the Estoril Open after recording comfortable victories at the Estadio Nacional on Friday.
Second seed Dinara Safina set up a semifinal clash with fourth seed Na Li of China, while third seed Gisela Dulko will meet Czech qualifier Lucie Safarova.
Safina, who turned 19 earlier in the week, overcame American Jill Craybas 6-4, 6-2 to advance to her second Sony Ericssion WTA Tour semifinal of the season. The Russian, who captured her third career title at the Paris Indoors in February after defeating Amelie Mauresmo in the final, said: "I started the match so badly, I was in a rush. I wanted to finish the points so quickly and I was missing the second ball every time. But I settled down and got through.
Safina will now take on Li after the Chinese star overcame No., 6 seed Dally Randriantefy 6-3, 6-1.
"It will be a tough match tomorrow," said Safina of her semifinal opponent. "I'll have to play 100 percent because she's been winning quite easily every match. She has tough shots. The Chinese players are improving every tournament, and it's getting more and more tough to play against them."
Meanwhile, Li's countrywoman Jie Zheng went down to Dulko in just 61 minutes. The Argentine Dulko came through 6-2, 6-1 to book her place in the last four against Safarova, who continued her impressive form after defeating Argentina's Mariana Diaz-Oliva.
The 18-year-old Safarova won her fourth consecutive three-set match of the week (including one in the final round of qualifying) after coming through 6-2, 4-6, 6-1 to reach her first Sony Ericsson WTA Tour semifinal.
