True, but - I'll probably get shot down for this - i think that some of the european players are boring, just stand a the baseline and hit the ball over the net. Maybe I'm biased because I was coached and play [very badly I may add] serve volley ?

oohhh....dinara plays hingis next...the swiss miss just ousted davenport...that's gonna be tough for dina but she can handle it...played really well against myskina...keep it up dinara....davai...

did you see the match ruth? yes, also tonights match vs martina. Here endeth the first lesson in learning how to play and defeat Miss Hingis. A few things to think about.. She kept going and kept thinking so better luck next time.!! |

Really sad to see her lose.  I watched the match and I have to admit, Hingis was on another level. Still congratulations to Dina to get so far and DAVAI for the next tournie - its miami am i right?? |

It is Miami indeed... I couldn't believe she didn't take the game on Martina's serve when she was 40:0 and had 3 BPs!!!!!!!!! Dina sweetie, you really have to start believing in yourself!!!! BUT Martina played some outstanding tennis... Good tourney and better luck next time Dina!!!!!!!!!!!  |
