lau i was really sorry to hear about Zabaleta today, poor guy. The sb kept saying he had won, there was such confusion, did not know who or what to believe. Let us know if you get any updates, I really hope he will be okay. Also...... I was so hoping Gonzo would win his match, he played so well, would have been really great ;D

I dont want to say nothing bad but WTHell happened to Gaudio against Nadal. Well, you know, any thing bad you could say would be right . Unfortunately, it was not a surprise for me how Gastón Gaudio was defeated. He drives me crazy!!!!! I must admit that the mental aspect of his tennis is far, his weakest. I didn´t watch the match because I didn´t want to (the TV was on but I had a hunch about this match, so I spent the time the match lasted cooking ;D ;D ). So, if you say that Gaudio was a disaster, I will agree with you Coria won his match against Ferrer 3-6, 6-4, 6-3. It was not an easy match for Guillermo who is not 100% and Ferrer was definitely inspired. Anyway, Guillermo won and he´ll face JC Ferrero. We´ll see...... lau i was really sorry to hear about Zabaleta today, poor guy. The sb kept saying he had won, there was such confusion, did not know who or what to believe. Let us know if you get any updates, I really hope he will be okay. It seems he´ll be off court at least for 2 months Bad news.... oh! I forgot it Gasquet, je t'adore ;D ;D ;D

LOL lau ;D I must admit that I was surprised he did not put up more of a fight, and hope he can work on his mental weakness before the FO. So sorry to hear this, poor Zabaleta, I real like him, and this is the part of the year he plays well and really has his chances, this is too bad really it is. Gasquet, je t'adore ;D ;D ;D[ Hahahahhaa, I don't think I would go that far but will say a big thanks ;D

I don´t know why, but I don´t have a lot of faith in argentine players for the Open de Godó..... I don´t know why....... *Mónaco defeated Andreev today, 6-3, 2-6, 6-3 Today is Acasuso´s match against Vicente, too. The rest of argentine players in Barcelona´s draw: Gastón Gaudio (2º seeded), Guillermo Coria (4ºseeded), Guillermo Cañas (5ºseeded), and J I Chela (14º seeded). Edgardo Massa (first match against Jiri Vanek) and Mariano Puerta (first match against Jurgen Melzer) are playing in Houston. Good luck to all of them, but obviously... VAMOS MARAT!!!!! ;D ;D The only thing I will say is: Good luck Guillermo!! (You´ll need it ) Anyway, it will be an interesting match to watch ;D I was right in both things ;D ;D ;D Nice images!! Marat seems to be having fun in this one ;D

i only just saw marat, he looks hysterical BTW how is David's condition I don´t know much about David (apart from the article I posted previously).... In the little article that appeared in today´s newspaper with this photo is says he´ll come back to courts next week..... That would be great! ;D The article also says that he´s recovering from an hepatic virus (nothing new..... )and that he played golf. In the photo he is with Angel Cabrera and Eduardo Romero (golf players, best ranked argentine golf players in the pro tour) in Villa Allende, province of Córdoba (the province where David is from). Apart from that, all I can say is that Argentine players are doing things in a nice way!!! ;D ;D ;D It´s too long writing about all of them . Yesterday Acasuso ( ), Gaudio, Coria, Cañas and Calleri (defeated Chela) won their matches in Barcelona. In Houston things are not going so well for argentine players: *Mariano Puerta lost his first round match against Jurgen Melzer *Edgardo Massa withdraw due to shoulder injury (sad, sad, sad.....poor Edgardo)... In this moment the match between Coria and Calleri is been played. Calleri won the first set!!!!! 6-4 They´re playing a tiebreak in the second..... UPDATE: OMG!!!! Calleri defeated Coria 64, 67, 76!!!! Good luck Agustin!!!! ;D UPDATE: Cañas was defeated by Stepanek76, 67, 67 Bad luck! It´s a strage result, as Stepanek is not a clay player..... I supose Guillermo in not in his best moment

This are today´s results. As you could see, Coria and Cañas were defeated and Calleri will face Nadal (tough! ) ..... tomorrow (please, please, don´t let Nadal win. Please, I don´t want a 18-years-old-clay-Federer )José Acasuso was defeated by S. Wawrinka!!!!!! (63, 64) That´s incredible and unexpected. This guy is 110 in Entry ranking (and I really don´t think he`s a clay player)!!! Damned Acasuso, why did you defeat Marat??!!! You were suposed to do it great if you did that!!!! ;D ;D ;D On the other hand, Gaudio won his match. Gastón defeated David Ferrer 63, 64. Well done!! I´m beggining to believe that I am condemned to not watch Marat and Gastón´s matches. Lately, every time I watch their matches they lose. Fortunately (for him ;D) tomorrow his match won´t be broadcasted here. GO FOR IT!!!! He´ll face Ferrero... This is getting really weird. Two QF matches just doesn´t make sense in a clay tounament!!!! (Q)S Wawrinka (SUI) vs (11)R Stepanek (CZE) What is this??!!!!!! (7)N Davydenko (RUS) vs M Mirnyi (BLR) Strange, strange...... Acasuso, Cañas and Moya were defeated by some of this players, who are hard court players....... The other two matches makes sense ;D ;D ;D. And I´m not saying this because argentine players are there, but because this are clay players. BTW, Marat was suposed to be there And what happened with Coria?!! This surprised me, but I have the idea that matches between players of the same country (I mean between players who have trained together during the years, who know each other quite well, etc, etc) are different matches. And Guillermo reached the final in Monte Carlo, so maybe he was not as "fresh" as Agustín was. It was nice from Guillermo saying that Calleri is a better player than what the ranking shows (I think that too, he´s trying to come back, although he´s 28 or 27 years old.....10 years more than Nadal, his next rival!!!!! ) and that he hoped this victory could help him reach his level. (SE)J Ferrero (ESP) vs (2)G Gaudio (ARG) A Calleri (ARG) vs (8)R Nadal (ESP) Good luck Agustín and Gastón!!! It can still be an all-argentine final now that Marat´s not playing ;D ;D ;D (I really don´t think this could happen ) Agustin Calleri during today´s match
