Lost to the winner of the tourney in the semis Ivo Karlovic. It was a really bizzarre tournament. Semifinals and half of the quarters were played INDOORS!!!! on a hard court coz it just wouldn't stop raining Ivo went on to defeat Clement in the final in the end. Outside on grass LOL Mitya is seeded 26th at Wimby and plays Nicolas Almagro in the first round DAVAI MITENKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

little thing to share .... Mark Knowles, a doubles player partnered with Daniel Nestor (although not for long - interesting drama there) -- anyway ... he's doing a Wimby blog on TTC (http://www.thetennischannel.com/wimbledon/knowles_blog.aspx), and mentioned Dima in an entry: One last funny thing that I notice happening more and more - especially at Grand Slams. I'm being mistaken for the king blogger Dmitry Tursunov and vice versa. We do look similar I guess, but he told me that fans have been congratulating him on winning the French Open doubles title. Even the press has asked to interview him thinking he was me. I don't think anyone is going to mistake my blog for his though. Maybe I'll get him to play doubles with me at some point - we can play the Bryan bros and then nobody will be able to tell anybody apart. i can kinda see where some people not as familiar with them could get them confused
