somehow, the withering of new balls generation( JC, Rod, Rogi, JC, Lleyton, and Nalby, the most underachieved talented player IMHO....) makes me real sad. ah, that brings back memories -- wow ... ... and Andy, Andy, Andy ... what to do with you? *sigh* I have the same feeling. I also hope they(Andy,Roger,Lleyton)can play well on the court especially after Marat is out. It reminds me a lot of beautiful memories.

... I find humor in the fact that most of the players are wearing blue for the HC ... when the courts and backdrops are also blue ;D (they all look pretty good in blue though ) Yeah, right. LOL My favorite color is blue. Marat looks pretty good in blue.(In fact,he always looks good in any color. )

OMG, What's the world come to?!? I haven't been on arms reach of any newspaper, cable tv or internet service....i am quite shock with these early round exits especially from the Fed!
Hmmm....Marat does look hot in those ATP players party pix, though....that made the world and everything okay to me again...LOL

Anette, since you're so enthusiastic about Rafa reaching the final, winning the title and claiming no 1 rank...are you at least going to throw a party if he succeeds?

thanks for the piccies! SUNDAY FINAL: Rafa v Kiefer Doubles Final is 1 v 2 - Bob & Mike v Nestor & Zimonjic ;D Rafa's first chance to overtake #1 is if he wins Cincinatti -- but Fed also has to lose before the QFs ... it's tantilizing close to happening

TORONTO FINAL: Nestor-Zimonjic d Bryan-Bryan 62 46 10-6 Nadal d Kiefer 63 62 With the win today, Rafa is on a 29-match winning streak, winning the last 5 tourneys he's played (!) (Hamburg, RG, Queen's Club, Wimby, Toronto). That gives him wins on 3 different surfaces in 2 months (!!) *bow down* Toronto also marks his 30th ATP title (12th AMS shield), 6th this year. Bravo!
