you mean picture as your signature or a picture for your comment??well,i'll give you an example:

if you want to put a picture:
the picture's address close it with /img]

(the picture must be uploaded to the internet or you copy it from this site or another site...right clik n go to properties then copy the address(URL) n paste it to your message)

I love when his hair however he has it. I must say, though, that I do like it when his hair is a big longer. His curls are very sexy. I also love his facial hair. It makes him look so beautiful.
His good looks make him very easy to watch.
