Santoro-Federer, the most entertaining match of this USO so far!!!!! INCREDIBLE. Definitely, I adore Fabrice..., he`s such a gentleman (the only player I saw shaking hands with a ball boy ) and he`s style of play is awesome, hahaha. Nice match. If you have the chance to watch it, DO IT!! (of course Fed won in 3 sets, but his serve was broken and Fabrice had several BP!!). The crowd was crazy for Santoro. They adored him!!! And he was so charming and funny and really enjoyed it!! Wheter you like Fed or not, it was a very entertaining match between to perfect gentleman who were having fun apart from playing some INCREDIBLE shots BTW, for the first time in this USO both players were interviewed on court after the match Did I mention the crowd ADORED Fabrice?? ;D What Fed said after the match: "It's always a pleasure to play against him because it's so different," Federer said. "It was because of him, not because of me, that the match was so great." And it`s true ;D ;D

Nice match, fabrice against Federer. Not the best of the tournament i.m.o., but I watched it to the end because of Fabrice ;D Why didn´t I start to like this guy earlier? Does somebody know how long he´s gonna play still? I think he´s already 32, so maybe not that long

Lau I could not agree more with you, I loved the Santoro/Federer match, one of the best imo. Unfortunately I could not see the end so missed the interview part but am delighted to read that they interviewed both players, that is a first. Santoro really really made Federer play and work for his points, its was fantastic. I love watching Santoro but not when he is winning againist Marat The volleying was great and as for the shot between the legs for a winner now that was incredible!! Some great mens matches today, oh I so wish James can do well against Nadal. Also Tommy hope he can win his match. Mariana thanks for posting the OPP

Not only for his tennis, but for the person he is.

I still remember a match long ago, 2001 at RG, Santoro was a nightmare for me there and beat Marat in the 5th But I´ve forgiven him ;D BTW, blake and Nadal are playing, James won the first set! I´m happy for him after all he´s been going through

Wow ! I'm sooooo glad Blake won ! I love the way he plays, and he really deserved this great victory after all the bad things that happened to him. This match was really amazing !!! Nearly only winners, and the two of them running everywhere and touching the line at every single point ! I couldn't help smiling while watching them. Didn't see the Fab/Rodg match but I think it was as entertaining as this one As for the "Who's gonna beat Roger" question, well, I prefer to see him play (and win) than Nadal, so it's not a disappointment for me ;D Lau, I hope David will make a great match too

Madou, I watched both matches and the Fed-Santoro match was much more entertaining, in my opinion, than the Nadal-Blake one Although this was a good one too I prefered Nadal over Roger to win the USO (not a realisting idea, I know), because I would love to see someone taking over Roger`s number 1 Anyway, this USO without Marat sucks for me. I was so sure Thomas (Berdych) could defeat Agassi... But he is still young and need to work on the mental aspect.. I wonder why I keep on cheering for this players If I gave you a list of my favs you would know that all of them need "treatment" ;D ;D ;D

Do you REALLY believe Lleyton can beat Roger ?? No, I think the only person remaining that has a chance is David, 'cause Roger hasn't known for a while how to play against him, (look at their head to head). And Lau, if Nadal had beaten Fed, it would have been in the finals, so Fed would still be n°1 with the points ... I think he'll stay at the top for a looooong time. God, I'd really like to see the Roger/Fab match
