WAOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHH !!!
I'm sooooooooo sooooo happy !!! I didn't think I'd be so happy to see her win but the fact is: I AM !!
Well first of all, Amelie is my favourite female player, not because she's french, I don't pay attention to the country of players
, but I like her game and her personnality. I don't hate Mary but don't like her either, although we have the same name.
So from the beginning I was for Momo (the "beautiful" nickname I give her ;D), and I wanted to watch the final, but I couldn't. Four reasons:
* French TV didn't broadcast the match on regular channels: sad but true.
*I have no TV in my flat
* It begun at 0.00 am (frnech Time) and I had courses the monday morning at 8 o'clock.
* I had an exam this Monday.
But... I watched it !!! I couldn't miss it, was nearly sure Amelie would won and wanted to watch this !
So first:
-I want to thank Belgium !!! As I live in north of France, I can see their channels and THEY displayed the LA Masters, even if they had only one player there, whereas we had two...
-I asked a Friend to lend me his TV
-I slept in the evening for about 2 hours, so I thought it should replace the time of the match (this was a BIG mistake)
-I just threw my exam: doesn't matter ;D
So I woke up for the match, and there, WOW! It was a really big match, unlike the semis where I nearly slept in front of my TV. The best was the end: Amelie serving for the match.
And then, 0-15, 0-30.
At this rate I'm thinking "Please God, make it like at Roland where Robredo won the last game against Marat after being led 0-30, it would be a sort of revenge".
0-40.
During a short moment, I thought "Noooooo!" but then "Well to come back for a 0-40 WOULD make the perfect revenge, as Marat is much much more important than Amelie for me"
And that's what happenned !!!!!!
It was sooooooooooooo relieving, a victory after a really tense match always triggers off much more joy, and it was the case. It was nearly like when I learnt that Marat won against Rodge (Nearly, and that's because I couldn't watch the match).
After this, it was 4 o'clock in the morning and, even if I was really tired, I couldn't sleep.
And the good news is that I was ill in the morning, so I didn't have to attend the exam (wasn't an important one and I'm feeling perfectly well now so don't worry)
So I wanted to say: CONGRATULATIONS AMELIE !! You really deserved it, and, for once, you can read the press: they can't criticize you right now ;D
