LOL! No, no, you set up a Meet'N'Greet, 25 at a time so Marat has a chance to chat for a few minutes.
Backstage is pretty boring and complete chaos, all at the same time, and you may have to suffer through 10 minutes with some real egomaniacs that will bore you stupid. One who shall remain nameless drives me batty. She has one subject of conversation - herself - and is completely fixated with shopping. If all you want to talk about is her and her shoes (Imelda Marcos move aside, this chick may well have more shoes than Imelda does) then you will enjoy her company.
Backstage pre-show no one is interested in you, they are all tuning themselves for the show, and post show you all head back to the hotel to shower and have dinner, if you leave immediately, or you're in the shower at the venue while security see what the fans are up to. Some backstage stories are true, but by the end of an 18 month world tour not much happens at the venue, any action is usually back at the hotel. Singers often conserve their voices and hole up in their rooms and only occassionally talk to people.
I find we have more fun organising a pre-concert meal/get together and getting to know the fans - the bad ones hanging around in the foyer often don't turn up to things like this in case they miss a glimpse, but, reality check here, he ain't gonna use the front entrance unless he has a reason - than we ever do talking to the Boss, just don't tell him that! LOL!

OK, before you all start screaming, I tried to brush up the babelfish translation. Pardon my English but I hope it's at least a tad better than babelfish! ;D BTW, dunno who is meant by the dark-skinned (black) friend, Leo or someone else who was in the studio.
that's wayyyy better mariaV.tx a lot
